"Bend Adventure Boot Camp was definitely the most fun I have ever had working out! Not only does your body get worked in all the right ways, but you have fun while you are doing it...exercising outdoors and being able to be motivated to workout with friends is definitely the perfect combo! Obstacle courses, running, weights and stretching were some of my favorite aspects of camp. Even after the first session, I felt fantastic and now I am seeing results after only 2 weeks!
