is the Boot Camp Workout Program you've been hearing about! Are you sick of the same old exercise classes at the gym? Do you feel bored with your workout routine? Are you not getting results? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then Adventure Boot Camp is for you!
It's a four-week program that offers world-class
fitness instruction & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing
activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast in
both women only and coed fitness programs. Adventure Boot Camp is never boring, and we WILL get you results! It's Central Oregon's Premier

What
is Adventure Boot Camp?
A four-week outdoor (Indoors for Winter) program of fitness instruction,
nutritional counseling, and motivational training. You will be inspired
and have fun while participating in a fantastic exercise program
and fitness workout led by Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructors,
Victoria Adelus and Josh Field. Adventure
Boot Camps are one hour in length 4 days a week for 4 weeks. We
offer women only classes from 6-7 or 9-10 AM (8-9 in summer). Afternoon classes are now available on M,T,TH at 5:30pm. The Program is designed
as a four day complete workout program. Start your day feeling great
with your workout done and your metabolism revving! Men and women
get in shape by joining Bend's premier fitness Boot Camp! You can,
too!
What
if I'm not very physically fit?NOBODY will be left behind
or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.
Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities
are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What
are the expected results when you complete a 4 week camp? With four days a week of consistent attendance and a healthy diet,
you can expect:
* Lose up to 1-5% reduction in body fat
* Better Relaxation
* 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection possible
* Up to 25% increase in strength
* Greatly Improved Posture
* 5-12 pounds of weight loss possible
* 25% improvement in endurance and 100% gain in self-confidence
What
if the camp already started but I want to start TODAY?
Go to registration and fill out the registration form and choose the
1, 8 or 12 Pass Card options so you can come to class TODAY! Once
you make that choice to get fit, it is important to act on it ASAP

What
if I can Only Attend 2 or 3 days per week or am visiting?
Boot
Camp is designed as a four day a week program (this is boot camp afterall!)
But if this doesn't work into your schedule, you have the option
of purchasing a 1, 8 or 12 class Pass Card that must be used during
the camp you are registered for.
Where
is the location we will meet? In BEND!
Summer (April-Oct.): We meet Outdoors at Farewell and Riverbend!
Winter (Oct.-April): We meet Indoors at the Cascade Indoors Soccer Center in the mornings and Acrovision Sports Center in the afternoons.
(Location is subject to change due to weather. Check schedule)
What
types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (1
mile or less), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training,
hiking, yoga, fitness kick boxing, sport drills, obstacle courses
and more!
How
often will we meet?
Women-only classes meet M, T, Th, F 6-7 or 9-10 AM (8-9 in summer.) Afternoon coed class meets M, T, Th at 5:30pm.

What
do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 - 20 lbs), water
bottle, running shoes, a hand towel and a sense of adventure. You
can purchase mats and weights at Wal-Mart, Fred Meyers or Target.
What
can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more
confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being.
The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and
thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina.
By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength
while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people
who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for
a healthier mind and body. You will be finished with your training
before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What
is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each complete boot camp has a registration fee of just $14.50 per
hour for the Boot Camps. Pass Card pricing is a little higher and
multi camp pricing is lower! Where else can you get premier or cutting
edge fitness instruction or personal trainer for men and women at
this incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $40
to $120 per hour for their services at sports clubs, gyms, athletic
clubs or other fitness programs- this is a great opportunity to
receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer
for just a fraction of the cost right here in Bend!

are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. Once we receive your registration you will be notified before
